These terms cover your use of this website and the MotoCore One waitlist. They are deliberately short, because this is a pre-launch site: there is nothing to buy here yet.

The waitlist is not an order

• Joining the waitlist registers your interest in MotoCore One. It is not a pre-order, a purchase, a deposit or a reservation, and it creates no obligation on either side.
• Waitlist position does not guarantee availability, pricing or a delivery date. We have not announced a ship date.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time by asking us to delete your entry.

Product information is pre-release

MotoCore One is in active development. Specifications, features, module options and indicative pricing shown on this site describe the product as currently built and planned, and may change before launch. Final specifications and pricing will be confirmed when sales open. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.

Third-party requirements

Some product features described here depend on third-party items or services: for example, an OBD2 WiFi adapter (a third-party accessory, not manufactured by us) and, for AI features, connectivity to Anthropic's Claude service. Availability of third-party services is outside our control.

Using this site

• The content of this site (text, images, the MotoCore name and mark) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reuse it commercially without permission.
• Don't abuse the waitlist form (bulk submissions, other people's addresses, automated scraping). We may remove entries that appear abusive.

Liability

This site is provided “as is” for information about a pre-release product. To the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on pre-release information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
