In track mode, every wide-open-throttle pull is captured automatically. No button, no phone mount, and no suction cup slowly surrendering to gravity on a warm day. The HUD is never burned into the recording itself, so the original footage stays clean.
Record raw, plus telemetry
The pull is saved as clean video with a synchronised telemetry sidecar: RPM, speed, gear, throttle and G, sampled alongside every frame.
Replay on the unit
Browse clips on the device itself and replay them with the full HUD re-rendered live over the footage. Scrub, pause, and watch the needles move in sync.

Choose a clip and the unit bakes the gauges into a shareable highlight reel in the background. The raw original is never touched.

The unit serves its own web app over WiFi. Open a browser and the clip library is there, posters and all, streaming straight off the device.

One card per pull. Numbers included.
Every logged pull renders a clean card: acceleration splits, estimated peak power and torque, the speed trace and the virtual dyno curve, exported as a PNG from the web app. The receipts, so the story doesn't grow in the retelling.
- Generated from the log. The card's charts are the pull's own samples.
- Honest by design. Power figures carry the “estimated, not a dyno” line.
- Pairs with the reel. The card for the numbers, the clip for the noise.
Circuit minimap
On a known circuit, the HUD carries a track outline with your live GPS position. UK and international circuits included, and karts are welcome.
On-device replay
A full transport (play, pause, scrub) with the HUD re-rendered in sync over the footage, right on the 4.3" panel.
Background export
Reel baking runs quietly on spare cores, so the gauges never stutter while a clip renders, and the battery backup lets exports finish after ignition-off.

How is this different from a normal dashcam?
It records the road with a live telemetry HUD burned in: speed, rpm, gear and a friction circle over the footage. So a clip is not just what happened, it is what the car was doing at the time.
Does it record on its own?
In track mode it captures a clip automatically for every full-throttle pull, each with a telemetry sidecar, so you never miss a run reaching for a record button.
Can I export clips with the data overlay?
Yes. On-device replay plays a clip with a synced HUD, and export burns the HUD into 1080p video. It also builds highlight reels and shareable pull cards, and a web clips gallery lets you browse footage from a phone or laptop.
Do I need the Camera Module?
Yes. The dashcam and its telemetry HUD come with the optional Camera Module, from £69.
Is it a parking or security camera?
No. MotoCore One is a forward-facing driving camera focused on the road ahead and your telemetry, not a parked-car security camera. For round-the-clock parking cover or multi-angle coverage, a dedicated security dashcam still does that job.
